BABY BLUES CONNECTION (Support for women experiencing postpartum depression)
Baby Blues Connection offers services to postpartum women and their families who are concerned about or are experiencing postpartum depression. This includes telephone support, weekly Mom-to-Mom support groups, information packets, guest speakers and guidance. Please contact our 24-hour information/message line (1-866-616-3752) if you or someone you know would benefit from our services.
BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT

Newborn to one month - Thursdays, 12:00 pm to 1:15 pm
One month and older - Thursdays, 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

Questions? Concerns? Need some friendly reassurance? Join us Thursday afternoons for a casual visit with other breastfeeding moms and a lactation specialist. Due to space limitations, no sibilngs please. You do not need to register for this program. Family Birth Center Classroom

MOTHERS SHARE SUPPORT GROUP - Mondays, 10:30 a.m. to noon
Family Birth Center Classroom

A support group for new parents with babies up to 9 months old. Drop by the Family Birth Center classroom for support and education during your transition to motherhood. You do not need to register for this program.

MOMMIES AND MOVERS SUPPORT GROUP - Friday, 10:30 a.m to noon  Health Education Center, 92nd Avenue

Play and sharing group for mothers with children up to 3 years of age. You do not need to register for this program.

DADS SUPPORT GROUP - First Saturday of each month, 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Family Birth Center Classroom
Being a Dad is both challenging and rewarding. You and your little one are invited to join this group to meet other fathers and gain knowledge while learning the art of parenting. You do not need to register for this group.
