Barbara Caggiano, PT Manager, Clinical Therapy - Inpatient Rehab Unit and Outpatient Neuro Rehab
A member of the PeaceHealth Southwest team for eight years, Barbara Caggiano, PT, manages clinical therapy teams for the inpatient rehab unit and outpatient neuro rehab clinic. She has a wide range of clinical and leadership experience and enjoys the dynamic spirit that keeps the team fresh and learning. Ann Ferguson, MS, OTR/L Outpatient Therapy Coordinator / Clinical Specialist
Ann is the coordinator at the Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation location. She is formerly from Michigan and now loves living in the Pacific Northwest for over 16 years. She enjoys teaching and has presented nationally on her clinical specialty of treatment techniques for patients who have neurological vision impairments.

Meet Karl
Karl Turner, PT, OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT Outpatient Therapy Coordinator / Clinical Specialist
A coordinator in the Fisher's Landing therapy site, Karl also is a faculty and clinical fellowship instructor with NAIOMT. Formerly from Maine, he has been with PeaceHealth Southwest's rehab team for over 9 years. "I work with great people and we are actively supported in our continuing education initiatives. Meet Julie
Julie Dromgoole, OTR/L Prospective Payment System / External Outreach Coordinator
For over seven years, Julie has participated in the care of patients on the inpatient rehabilitation unit. Her journey began as a staff occupational therapist, followed by admissions coordinator, and now as the prospective payment system and external outreach coordinator. "I feel fortunate to be part of an organization that fosters the growth and advancement of its employees and provides such outstanding rehab care across the entire continuum. Nicole is a third generation PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center employee and has been with PeaceHealth Southwest herself for 10 years.
