What is the PeaceHealth Southwest Speakers Bureau?
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center offers a comprehensive Speakers Bureau that provides customized presentations to clubs, churches, employers, and other organizations in our community. Comprised of physicians and other healthcare professionals, PeaceHealth Southwest's Speakers Bureau offers free presentations on a variety of specific medical topics that have the ability to improve the health status of our community.
How do I request a presentation?
To request a PeaceHealth Southwest Speakers Bureau presentation for a group of 25 or more, please contact the Marketing Department at 360.514.2433 between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, or email mmarchan@swmedicalcenter.org. We recommend that you contact our office at least four (4) weeks in advance of your scheduled event.
When contacting us, please have the following information available:
- Name of group or organization
- Information about your group
- Contact person
- Address, telephone number, email
- Date, time and location of program/event
- Program topic desired
- Length of program
- Expected number of attendees (minimum 25)
- Directions to the location
- For employers: Insurance plans offered
