Is chronic pain controlling your life? PeaceHealth Southwest's Pain Rehabilitation Program is a program designed to help people who suffer from chronic pain and want other treatment methods to manage it.

  • Other medical conditions causing chronic pain

Individual Treatment Plans

Every patient is given an individualized treatment plan. Each treatment plan is a six week comprehensive program that may include:
  • Medical management and coordination
  • Physical therapy
  • Psychological counseling and problem solving
  • Biofeedback training and self-hypnosis
  • Group education, which includes:
    • the chronic pain syndrome and how to use the medical system wisely;
    • medications in the use of chronic pain and myofascial pain;
    • ergonomics and body mechanics training;
    • physical activity and reactivation;
    • depression and anxiety;
    • nutrition, sleep and stress management.
