- Washington: Anacortes, Enumclaw, Leavenworth, Moses Lake, Mt. Vernon, Olympia, Stanwood, Ridgefield, Battleground, Camas, and Vancouver
- Oregon: Albany, Bend, Corvallis, Florence, Gresham, Hermiston, Lake Oswego, Medford, Portland, Sea Side, Warrenton
- Alaska, Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, New Hampshire, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin
- Five are ED and Urgent Care physicians
- Six have become FM Residency faculty
- Three have done fellowships: Nuclear Medicine, Geriatrics, and Hyperbaric Medicine
- Two are Medical Directors of Wound Care Centers
- Practice styles include Integrative Medicine, “Micropractice” model, small, and large groups, Hospitalist
- Over 60% have stayed in the Portland/Vancouver Metro area
