Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions about the Direct Primary Care Program. 

Q.  How do I sign up?

A.  Go to our enrollment page and send your completed paperwork to our office.  You can also call (360) 750-8070 to request the forms be mailed to you.

Q.  If I already have health insurance, can I still sign up for this?

A.  The goal of this program is to provide primary care to those who otherwise wouldn't have access to primary care services.  If you have health insurance like Medicare or Medicaid, then you cannot enroll in Direct Primary Care.  If you have private insurance, you can enroll if your deductible is more than $3,000 per year.  If your deductible is less than $3,000 per year, then you are not eligible for Direct Primary Care.  Learn more about our pricing structure. 

Q.  What happens if I need to see a specialist doctor or need surgery?

A.  If you need to see a specialist your primary care physician will refer you to an appropriate physician.  We will provide the specialist with the appropriate health information and will coordinate any follow-up care.  Keep in mind this program does not include specialty care or hospital visits.  You can purchase catastrophic insurance to cover these costs.

Q.  Can I get a discount if I end up not using services for a long time?

A. No.  Direct Primary Care is here for you when you need it and cannot be refunded if you don't visit your doctor.  We encourage you to visit a primary care provider on a regular basis to maintain a healthy you.  Learn more about our pricing structure.

Q.  Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

A.  Patients can cancel at anytime and receive a refund for the remaining portion of the month that they have paid for.  To cancel, submit a cancellation form.  Cancellation is effective on the date we receive the form or at a later date specified by the patient.

Q.  Can I visit any PeaceHealth Medical Group clinic for this program?

A.  No. Currently, we are only offering Direct Primary Care at our Fisher's Landing location at 16811 SE McGillivray Blvd, Vancouver.
