Pharmacy Residency Program

Located in Vancouver, Washington, and part of the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area, PeaceHealth Southwest’s history began nearly a century and a half ago as St. Joseph Hospital. Today, PeaceHealth Southwest is a nationally recognized multi-hospital/clinic healthcare system serving over 300,000 residents of Southwest Washington. Bordered by the Columbia River and Portland to the south, Vancouver and surrounding Clark County enjoy some of the most scenic recreational areas in the world.

  • PeaceHealth Southwest was the first permanent hospital  in the Pacific Northwest.

The Pharmacy Department at Southwest features state-of-the-art technology thoughout the continuum of drug delivery and patient care including order entry, distribution, and fully decentralized clinical services provided by satellite offices.
