Volunteers from SHIBA (Statewide Health Insurance Benefit Advisors) assist with questions and information on health care insurance, HMO’s, Medicare, Medicaid, Long-Term Care and supplemental Insurance Assistance with Medicare D Programs and the LIS applications to Social Security.
SHIBA Helpline is a cooperative effort of RSVP and the WA State Insurance Commissioner’s Office. Trained Volunteers are available to assist if you drop in on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.
