Pain is the body’s way of alerting you that something is wrong. It makes sense then, that when the problem is resolved the pain goes away. In some cases, pain continues even after the problem is resolved. This is called chronic pain and it should not go untreated. Chronic pain reduces one’s quality of life and can lead to further health problems if it isn’t treated.

Chronic Pain Test

Have you been hurting longer than 2 months?
Does your pain keep you from sleeping?
Is your pain poorly controlled by current treatment programs?
Does your pain make you feel depressed?
Is your pain making you take time off from work?
Is your pain interfering in your activities of daily living?

If you checked more than one of these questions,
you may have chronic pain and should talk to one of our doctors.

Our Interventional Pain Specialists  are anesthesiologists who specialize in finding the source of your pain and lessening or even relieving it completely. We treat most common causes of pain, including pain resulting from cancer and chronic pain in the back and neck.  We offer a variety of treatment options, including epidural steroid injections and spinal cord stimulation .
