Staffing Plan
Laboratory staffing is based on anticipated workload. FTE's are budgeted based on a productivity standard that is calculated on the number of hours required to produce a laboratory test result. Staffing is adjusted as workload varies.
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is staffed with Pathologists, Medical Technologists, Cytotechnologists, Histotechnologists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Laboratory Assistants, Phlebotomy/Processing Techs, Couriers, Transcriptionists and Client Services Representatives. |
