| Board certified in Internal Medicine and
Endocrinology
 Dr. Long attended medical school at the University of
Cincinnati followed by residency at UCLA/VA Medical Center (Wadsworth) in
Internal Medicine. He completed a fellowship in Endocrinology at UCLA
Dr. Long practiced internal medicine and endocrinology in Vancouver before
joining the faculty at FMSW. Jack maintains shared responsibilities for the
Adult Medicine Service at FMSW. An outstanding athlete, Dr. Long is player-coach
of the FMSW soccer team.
